Introducing Our Referral Program
To celebrate our decade of creativity, we're launching a brand-new referral program! We believe that art is best enjoyed with friends, and now you can share the joy of creating with those you care about while earning rewards. For every friend you refer who signs up for a class or workshop, you’ll earn points that can be redeemed for discounts, free classes, and exclusive perks. It’s our way of saying thank you for spreading the word and helping our artistic community grow!
What is the Referral Program?
We want to reward you for spreading the word about LAB Art Studios to your friends and family at any of our locations. Whether you're interested in weekly art classes, creative camps for your kids, or planning unforgettable birthday parties, you can earn rewards for every new client you refer to us.
Earn Reward Points!
When you refer someone new who joins our classes, both of you will receive 50 reward points each! These points can be redeemed for discounts on bookings or merchandise. Accumulate points to enjoy even bigger discounts on classes, camps, or studio merchandise at any of our locations (Steveston, Point Grey, and Kerrisdale). As you accumulate more points, you’ll also gain access to special events and workshops exclusively for LAB Art Ambassadors!

How We Track
When your friend books their first class, they need to let us know that YOU referred them! We’ll need the following information so both of you receive 50 points:
Name (first/last)
Phone number
Preferred Studio (Steveston, Point Grey, Kerrisdale)

How do I redeem my points for discounts?
Contact our LAB team via email at admin@labartstudio.ca or call us at 604-285-6226. We will help redeem your points and provide a discount code for your bookings. Let us know your preferred studio location and which class(es) you'd like to book.
If the person I referred LAB to signs up 2 or more participants, do I get more than 50 points?
What is the maximum number of points redeemable for a discount?
Can I book Weekly Classes and multiple Camp sessions together for the discount?
I referred a friend/family member to the LAB Art Studio before, can I get the points now?
I have a gift voucher for LAB classes, can I use it and also redeem my points for discounts?
I have a promotional (coupon) code for LAB classes, can I use it and also redeem my points for discounts?
Terms and Conditions
Reward points are earned for each new client referral who completes their first paid class booking at LAB Art Studio.
Referrers must be existing clients of LAB Art Studio to participate in the referral program.
Reward points have no cash value and can only be redeemed for discounts on classes, camps, and/or studio merchandise.
Referred clients must mention the referrer's name and phone number/ email at the time of enrolment to qualify for the welcome discount of 5% off classes.
LAB Art Studio reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time.
